Monika Stanio - Head of Finance
Monika Stanio is Head of Finance with over 20 years’ experience across a range of finance roles, primarily within large corporate environments and more recently within SME manufacturing and print businesses. She brings strong expertise in financial control, management reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making at Board level. At Rose, Monika focuses on strengthening financial processes, implementing improvements aligned with changing economic conditions, and supporting the delivery of the Group’s strategic objectives. She is also leading several initiatives to enhance stock management and operational finance visibility across the business. Monika currently leads a small finance team, working collaboratively to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and financial insight to support continued growth.
